Rates
All room rates are per night and per person, and include a hearty breakfast buffet. We attach a great deal of importance to sustainability. Whenever we can, we seek to minimize the environmental burden.
Children additional up to 6 years of age get a 60% price discount; children from 6 to 14 years of age get a 40%, children/person older than 14 years get 20% price discount (compared to the regular adult price).
Our local tourism office levies a tourist tax of 3.50 € per night and per person. This charge (which we will forward, in toto, to the tourism office) must be paid in addition to the room rate and is used for maintaining the local tourist infrastructure.
Payment
We accept bank transfers, cash (at present, we are permitted by law to accept up to 1,999.00 € in cash), and credit cards.
Booking
We will be happy to take your reservation by telephone or online. After you have placed your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation which – together with the pre-payment you transfer to our bank account – will mean that your reservation is considered binding.
Arrival and departure
Your vacation apartment will be ready for you starting at 3:00 p.m. of the day of your scheduled arrival. We request that you vacate your apartment on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m., at the latest. If you need to deviate from this practice (late check-out, etc.), we ask that you arrange for this directly at the Front Desk.
Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated -however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
– 50 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival: free of charge,
– 49-30 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
– 29 – 7 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
–Â Â 6 – 3 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival: 80%Â of the agreed total price
–Â Â 2 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival: no show, late arrival, early departure: 100 % of the agreed total price
Deposit of confirmation and cancellation tax is keep for a future stay
To avoid unwanted costs, we advise you to take out travel insurance that covers cancellation
